INTRODUCTION
Things that Z-RAY and STATION-X do - so that you don't have to!
1. The reset button on Z-RAY always does a factory-reset.
2. If STATION-X is plugged into any USB power source (the amber LED's light up) then it immediately starts transmitting radio waves to any nearby Z-RAY's.
(press any button on Z-RAY to re-awaken it, or wait for up to 1 minute for the auto-wake-up) .
3. Radio channel selection is entirely automatic - and in fact changes 100's of times per second.
4. Each STATION-X transmits on a *unique* sequence of radio channels - a second nearby STATION-X will not cause interference (nor will WiFi or Bluetooth).
5. The first time, after a reset, that a Z-RAY finds a STATION-X signal - it locks-on to that signal - and *only* that signal. It won't forget unless that Z-RAY is deliberately changed, or reset.
6. The easiest way to set up a Z-RAY is with only 1 STATION-X nearby - however a Z-RAY can readily be switched to a different STATION-X if necessary.
7. All radio signals have state-of-the-art encryption, to deter accidental/deliberate/malicious interference.
8. A STATION-X accepts as input a full DMX Universe, and every Z-RAY holds the full universe, regardless of what DMX channel a Z-RAY is set to.
