STATION-X
Setting up a STATION-X is really simple.
The big rotary switch in the middle selects which input to your STATION-X is sent to your Z-RAY's via the radio-link (USB, DMX or the internal modes EFFECTS, BLACKOUT, HOUSE).
There are only 2 external inputs DMX and USB.
If you are using USB then only a USB connection to your computer is required.
If you are using DMX then you MUST also connect a source of power to the USB input (this can be a computer, even if you are not using the computer to control lighting).
Each input also has a corresponding output.
DMX DATA IN is permanently connected to DMX DATA OUT (the position of the rotary switch has no effect). If you are using this input, you can connect more DMX devices to this output.
USB DATA IN is permanently connected to USB DATA OUT (the position of the rotary switch has no effect). Here the USB data is converted to DMX before it is output.
