Z-RAY NAKED is a lower-priced 'bare bones' - but nevertheless full function Z-RAY.

It's intended for people that want to build Z-RAY's into an installation of some sort - and that won't necessarily need the case panels, or a standard lens.

Care should be exercised with regard to ensuring that exposed parts are not shorted or damaged, and avoiding excessive strain on connectors - however, if Z-RAY NAKED is installed inside display cases, or out of reach of deliberate or accidental contact etc - it provides a remarkably simple lighting solution, with an option for DMX control.

For temporary exhibitions, displays, etc - where it's usual to build the entire installation off-site - and particularly where mains electricity will be difficult/impossible, then Z-RAY NAKED may prove ideal.

For longer-running installations, Z-RAY's can be permanently powered from any USB power source, including portable power-banks. E.g. a single power-bank powering multiple Z-RAY's might be swapped-out every few days - whilst the Z-RAY's themselves are able to continue running undisturbed, on their internal batteries.

Anytime USB recharging of a running installation really is the key here to achieving maximum flexibility in 'challenging' areas of application.
